1. The Promotion is open to bit-tech.net Forum members, aged 18 years or over only. Overseas players, employees (and their families) of Midway Games Ltd and any affiliates, subsidiary companies, as well as representatives or agents of those companies and anyone else who may be professionally connected to the promotion are not eligible.
   
   
2. The closing date for the receipt of entries by us is 19th December 2007. The winning entry will be randomly selected on 20th December 2007. To contact you we will use the contact details supplied in your entry form [usually email]
   
   
3. No purchase necessary
   
   
4. The Grand Prize Winner will receive one (1) custom-airbrushed Unreal Tournament 3 case and a copy of Unreal Tournament 3.
   
   Nine (9) Runner Ups will each receive one copy of Unreal Tournament 3.
   
   
5. Midway Games Ltd reserves the right to contact another winner, should they not be able to contact the first winner, or if the first winner is unable to accept the prize.
   
   
6. An independent judge will select the Grand Prize Winner and all runner-ups by way of random drawing from all correct entries. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
   
   
7. No responsibility accepted for any loss or damage whatsoever caused by matters relating to this offer.
   
   
8. The prize has no cash substitute and is non-transferable. Midway Games Ltd reserves the right to substitute items of a greater or equivalent value should unforeseen circumstances require it.
   
   
9. Prizes are strictly subject to availability
   
   
10. A Winners list can be obtained by sending a SAE to Five by Five, Sales Promotions, 4 Grosvenor Square, Southampton, SO15 2BE.
    
    
11. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound to them. This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
    
    
12. The winner may be required to participate in post-event publicity arranged by on or behalf of the promoter, at which time their consent will be sought.

14. Only one entry per person.
    
    
15. The Competition is open to UK residents only. Entries received from people residing outside the UK will be disregarded.
    
    
16. The competition prizes will be delivered no later than 7th January 2008.
    
    
17. The winners will be notified of their success by email no later than the 21st December 2007. No other correspondence will be entered into regarding this competition.
    
    
18. The winners will need to claim their prize by the 31st December 2007. Instructions on how to claim will be sent with the notification of success.
    
    
19. The competition prizes will be dispatched to the winners by special delivery.
    
    
20. Entrants acknowledge that their entries may be released or displayed to the public by Midway Games Ltd or any agency connected with the competition and assign all rights necessary for promotion, publication or of such entries to Midway Games Ltd. Winners agree to grant Midway Games Ltd or any agency connected with the competition the right to use their name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without any additional compensation.
    
    
21. The competition shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
    
    
22. Midway Games Ltd reserves the right to offer any prize that remains unclaimed by 1st January 2008 to another, randomly selected entrant of this competition.
